West LA High-Rise Fire Leaves 51 Units Uninhabitable

A blaze ripped through a two-bedroom apartment on the 11th floor of a 25-floor apartment building and damaged 51 other units. Several people were injured and people were unable to return home to the damaged units. Angie Crouch reports for NBC4 News at 11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2013.
