White House Confirms Authenticity of 2nd Beheading Video

One day after ISIS released video showing the beheading of American journalist Steven Sotloff, White House officials verified the authenticity of the tape and President Barack Obama said the US objective was to “degrade and destroy” the radical terrorist group.
