Windy Conditions Spark Second Simi Valley Fire

Fire crews battled a second brush fire in the Santa Susana Pass between Simi Valley and Chatsworth on Thursday. The fire was first spotted and reported to the fire department by NBC4’s Tena Ezzeddine, who reports from Simi Valley for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013.
