Winter storm warning north of LA

The Highway Patrol is asking drivers to be cautious then driving near the the Grapevine on Wednesday night due to a winter storm warning. The National Weather Service advises people to plan for slippery road conditions that could make travel difficult or impossible. Anastassia Olmos reports for the NBC4 News on Jan. 3, 2024.
