Witnesses Recount Dog's Stabbing

Witnesses describe a violent encounter when a man stabbed his pit bull. The dog then bit people inside the home as someone was attacking it. Jacob Rascon reports from Lancaster for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2013.
