Woman Arrested in Deadly Redondo Beach Crash

A woman allegedly under the influence of prescription medication was arrested in connection with a crash that killed three women and left a young boy pinned beneath a tire as the group left a Christmas concert at a Catholic Church in Redondo Beach.
