Woman Found in Cooler in Car in Whittier

Neighbors smelled a foul odor in an abandoned car on the street, and a man opened it to realize a woman’s body was in a cooler inside the vehicle. Chase Cain reports for the NBC4 News at 11 on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015.
