Woman Walking Dog Attacked and Killed in Riverside

A 64-year-old Asian woman was stabbed to death as she walked her two dogs in Riverside and a recently arrested transient woman was taken into custody for suspicion of her murder. NBC4 News reports at 11 p.m. on April 3, 2021.
