Woman With Cerebral Palsy Has Bike Stolen Officer Comes to Rescue

After a woman with cerebral palsy was robbed of her trike — her main means of transportation, since she is unable to drive — a Tustin police officer replaced the bike at his own expense. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.
