Cyclist Shot by Gang Members in Possible Case of Mistaken Identity in Pasadena

The incident happened at around 1 a.m. near the intersection of Summit Avenue and Painter Street, Pasadena Police Department said.

A cyclist was shot by gang members in a suspected case of mistaken identity in Pasadena early Tuesday.

The incident happened at around 1 a.m. near the intersection of Summit Avenue and Painter Street, Pasadena Police Department said.

The victim is not in a gang and investigators believe he was shot by mistake. He was taken to Huntington Memorial Hospital in unknown condition. 

There are no leads on suspects.
