-SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP
*Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayo
1 to 2 teaspoons Gochujang or Sriracha
16 large raw peeled + deveined shrimp
*Instructions:
Combine mayo, chili sauce of choice in a small bowl. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes.
Place 4 shrimp on each skewer. Brush liberally with mayo mixture.
Heat your grill to high heat. Grill shrimp skewers until cooked through.
Brush remaining sauce onto shrimp and serve.
