DOWNTOWN: The Library Bar finally finished its kitchen addition and starts serving food tonight. Not much has changed in the place—there's still the books, couches, great beer selection—but now there's a small menu with things like pork belly skewers, steak fries, deviled marrow bones, and of course, a burger with grilled onions and arugula. And "There are no substitutions, so please be cool." Kitchen closes at 11pm. [UrbanDaddy]

BEVERLY HILLS: Avalon's Blue on Blue restaurant launched Twenty5Tuesdays, an “industry only” happy hour from 7pm to 10pm. Show proof that you're a restaurant or hotel employee and get 25% off select drinks and menu items. Tuesdays through February. [Eater Inbox]
