A big rig spun out and crashed into the center divider on the 210 Freeway near Lake View Terrace Wednesday afternoon, snarling traffic for miles.

The crash was reported about 3 p.m. near Wheatland Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The big rig spilled diesel fuel onto the roadway. Three lanes on the westbound side were closed, and two lanes on the eastbound side were closed for hours until the spill was cleaned up by Wednesday evening.
Aerial video showed traffic backed up on the freeway for miles as crews worked to mop up the fuel.
