Authorities identified a woman whose body was found at a popular spot beneath a bridge in Newport Beach this week. Detectives called her death suspicious.
Nancy Renee Hammour was discovered face-down beneath the Newport Bay Bridge on Monday morning, according to the Orange County Coroner.
Orange County Sheriff's Department investigators, including divers, searched the scene in and out of the water for evidence.
It wasn't clear how - or where - she died before her body ended up beneath the bridge, officials said.
