The attack happened 8 p.m. Thursday on the college campus. The woman was walking near the library when a white man in his early 20s approached her and started a conversation.

When the woman tried to walk away, he grabbed her and kissed her on the lips against her will, according to a Cypress Police Department statement. She tried to get away and he grabbed her, kissed her again and fondled her breast.

He then fled westbound on foot.

The man was described as 5-foot-6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair, unshaven, with a light gray or blue shirt and dark pants.
