President Obama will be dining on the Upper East Side tonight at Daniel Boulud's Daniel. Chef Boulud will be joining the President and Jewish leaders at his uptown French restaurant. And for $15,000 per plate, donors are welcome. While a three-course prix fixe for us regular folk will only set us back $108 (plus $60 with wine pairings), we're dying to know what tonight's diners will be noshing on.
Mr. President is no stranger to Daniel. Just this past summer, Obama threw a fundraiser dinner there for $35,800 a head. Our commander-in-chief clearly doesn't skimp when it comes to parties. So, what will he eat? While we can't be there to people watch the rich eating course after course ala Boulud, we'll take guesses on what they'll have tonight--check out what we picked out for Mr. Obama and friends.
