Our own Joel Grover whose I-Team investigation into the city’s homeless and trash epidemic is rocking LA City Hall. Grover exposes a 12-ton pile of trash infested with rats..not in skid row, but in the famous garment district. Businesses complained to no avail until one call made to Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.
