Senate GOP Introduces Police Reform Bill

Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., introduced the “Justice Act,” aimed at reforming police procedures and accountability across the U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., says he plans to bring the bill to the Senate floor and that the Republicans “are serious about making a law.”
