Arrests made outside DTLA graffiti-covered towers

Police arrested two men outside of the graffiti-covered Oceanwide Plaza towers, this after city officials began the process of putting a fence around the property to veer off trespassers. Anastassia Olmos reports for the NBC4 News on Feb. 28, 2024.
