Two Women Attack Uber Driver and Damage Car Before ‘Raging' Through Hollywood Parking Lot

The suspects attacked the Uber driver after he asked them to exit the vehicle when they vomited inside. The began attacked the victim then pulled off his door's handle and broke his side mirror.

Two women were arrested for attacking an Uber driver and vandalizing his car on Aug. 19, an attack that was caught on video by several people.

According to the driver, Travis Cole, the two women were intoxicated and one of the passengers began to vomit just moments after getting in.

Cole pulled into the nearest parking lot and asked the women to get out. After growing aggitated, they began attacking the driver and hitting his car with their fists, pulling off his door's handle and breaking his side mirror.

Cole drove away and was able to call 911. Once Cole left, the women, who police identified as sisters, began attacking nearby vehicles and people.

"They start raging through the parking lot, striking other vehicles," Cole said.

A good Samaritan was able to wrestle one of the suspects until authorities arrived. The attackers have been arrested for felony vandalism.

It was not immediately clear whether the riders have attorneys.

Uber condemned the attack and confirmed the women's accounts have been suspended.

"The behavior in the video is absolutely unacceptable," an Uber spokesperson said. "We have been in contact with the driver and will assist police in their investigation. The rider no longer has access to Uber."

The ride-share company offered to pay for repairs for the victim's vehicle. 

"I'll probably continue driving," Cole said. "I'll definitely stay away from LA county."
