Police in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, arrested a man they say crashed a stolen car, broke into a home and painted a dog Saturday afternoon.

Officers arrested Felix Reagan following the incident.

They say they received a report around 2:30 p.m. of a stolen vehicle that crashed at the end of Firehouse Lane and that the suspect ran from the scene.

Shortly after, they responded to a home on Pinewood Lane, where the homeowner said someone broke into the home, stole items and painted their dog with purple paint.

A neighbor told police a male knocked on the door and asked for someone who didn't live there. They provided police a description of the suspect that led officers to believe Reagan was responsible for the incidents.

Reagan was arrested on June 3 for breaking and entering, vandalism and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Yoga Pants Parade Protests Op-Ed in Rhode Island

[NATL] Yoga Pants Parade Protests Op-Ed in Rhode Island
Hundreds of people took to the streets in Barrington, Rhode Island this weekend to protest an op-ed written in the local newspaper that many found offensive. The letter, written by Alan Sorrentino, critiques older women who wear yoga pants in public, saying the clothing does not compliment a woman over 20 years-old. "This is way more than yoga pants. It is women fed up with the policing of our wardrobes," said parade organizer, Jamie Burke. Sorrentino claims that his op-ed was just a joke but many are calling his comments sexist. Officers located him on Webaqua Road and took him into custody. He was found with prescription pills, a driver's license and credit card stolen from the home. He also had purple paint on him.

Officers said they also received reports of two additional break-ins on Webaqua Road.

As Reagan was being transported, he allegedly tried to kick out the cruiser windows and kicked an officer twice.

He was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime with the intent to commit a felony, larceny of a motor vehicle, destruction of property, cruelty to animals, possession of a Class A substance, possession of a Class E substance and two counts of assault and battery on a police officer.

It's not clear if Reagan has an attorney.
