BANNING, Calif. -- A big rig accidentally dumped its load of lemons on Interstate 10 near state Route 60 on Wednesday, prompting a lane closure, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A witness reported to the CHP that a white motor home with blue graphics cut off the tractor-trailer, causing the driver to swerve and toppling the trailer.

Lemons rolled onto the road at around 2:15 p.m., according to the CHP, blocking at least one lane of traffic, said CHP Officer Chris Blondon.

No injuries were reported.
