So many film festivals during the year. So many great ones, niche ones, strange ones.
But few seek the sunny and the sweet. That's bold, in a world of dourness. And that's one reason the Feel Good Film Festival always catches our eye. Because the fest's name is the fest's mission: Let's celebrate movies that leave us lighter. That are infused with themes of hope and/or cheer.
The third festival is planned for August -- it'll be back in Hollywood, as in years past -- but the festival honchos are looking for films now. The late deadline is May 15, and the extended deadline is May 20.
Have you made a film that doesn't throw punches so much as stop them? How refreshing of you. Unique, in fact. Get it in, soon, and maybe see your work at The Egyptian come late summer. Details here.
