8 Limbs, helmed by recent Wisconsin transplant Erika Ikeler, opened this month in the former Sirens & Sailors craftsman cottage-cum-boutique in Echo park, and they're throwing a party this Friday to celebrate.
A boutique, gallery, and teaching space committed to fashion design, art, and craft, 8 Limbs stocks clothing, jewelry, art, and supplies. Also on the menu: Sewing classes in the space's dedicated workshop. 8 Limbs is currently stocking an eclectic mix of Midwest design goods and local designer wares.
Utilizing their great outdoor space on Mohawk next door to International Playground and across the street from Gentleman's Breakfast, tonight's party promises rare disco, funk and soul DJ extraordinaire Tom Noble, raw vegan refreshments, and mysterious eye feast creations.
