Either you know every last lyric to every ABBA ditty ever put to vinyl, or you haven't heard "Fernando" since the '80s. But we're going to guess, with some confidence, that you're probably closer to the former group than the latter, and that you, on occasion, might break out a bit of hearty "Waterloo"-ing when driving alone in the car.
Now you can join other ABBAites in joyous song at Walt Disney Concert Hall's Keck Amphitheatre for a free Friday night sing-along on June 19th. The singing gets going at 7:30PM, but arriving early for a spot -- it is free, after all, so people who really, really want to warble will likely be lining up -- is the smart thing to do.
And if you can't remember every *single* word to "Take a Chance on Me" stress not: handy hand-outs will be passed around. But then, you just might know every word, every inflection, every dance move from every video, and you should show off your mad skills if so. There will be live music to back up your performance.
Singing out the stress of the week with some pop-tasty ABBA. We really are going to moon-boot up for this one.
