Warren Buffet Is Bullish On Wall Street

Even with global markets struggling, legendary investor Warren Buffet said in remarks at a women's conference in Long Beach on Wednesday that he's moved his personal portfolio into stocks -- 100 percent.

Buffet spoke at the conference hosted by California first lady Maria Shriver.

He said he can't predict where the market will go in coming months, but over the next decade he's confident it will be
"appreciably higher."

Buffet says stocks have made a historical climb, even with the nation limping through depression and wars over the years. That record shows stocks will outperform cash-based investments like savings accounts over the long haul.

He says the economy can get gummed up but "this country works."
