DWP Warns: Water Wasting Will Cost You!

watering-lawn

The Los Angeles DWP is warning its customers to cut their water use, or pay the price.  The agency issued the warning as Southern California moves into Spring, and hotter weather.

The DWP has approved a new pricing structure.  It penalizes customers who fail to cut water use by 15 percent.   If you have a large lot, and you continue to be a "water hog," you will have to pay $11 more per month.

People who use less water, and lower-income users, will not see a price hike.
