Classes were canceled Wednesday at Loyola High School of Los Angeles due to an anonymous threat on a social media site, school officials said.
All on-campus activities at the Jesuit preparatory school west of downtown Los Angeles also were called off. A person in London notified the FBI about an online post stating that an incident would happen at Loyola High School, but did not specific the exact location.
Authorities did not provide more details about the threat.
