President Donald Trump railed against immigration policies adopted by so-called sanctuary cities at a White House roundtable Wednesday, bemoaning a California law that restricts local and state cooperation with U.S. Customs and Enforcement agents and calling some immigrants "animals." The course covers the history, procedures and constitutional grounds for removing presidents as well as presidential immunity. It also reviews all 19 impeachments in U.S. history.

The one-unit weekend class begins on Friday. It's offered to the public through the university's extended studies program.

The university says the course isn't state-funded and isn't required for graduation.
