Nebraska and Oklahoma asked the U.S. Supreme Court to declare Colorado's legalization of marijuana unconstitutional. The two states claim that the contraband is flooding across their borders, hindering efforts to enforce anti-marijuana laws, and placing an undue financial burden on taxpayers. It was unclear whether the Supreme Court would accept the case.
