There are countless ways to honor April Fools, and only 87 of them involve bathroom tissue wrapped around trees.
And while you yourself, perhaps, have been, on occasion, the person behind the rolls of paper, you're looking for something a bit more highbrow and intelligent this April 1.
Here it is. Artist people-group My Barbarian is headed to the Museum of Contemporary Art to recreate a performance they did in honor of the institution's 30th. Will it be April Fool's-themed? The summary on the MOCA site doesn't say anything, but the word "comic" is used, and, reviewing My Barbarian's past outings, we think there will be plenty of cheekiness afoot.
No fooling. We would never put "free" for something that is going to cost you lots of dough. Parking and dinner and extras, we cannot foresee.
Then, afterward, if you must throw tissue all over a friend's place, best be sweet about and clean it up afterwards. Because if you don't, that makes April 2 the saddest day of the year.
