NBC4 Southern California Chief Political Reporter Conan Nolan will moderate a forum between Carolyn Ramsay and David Ryu, the two candidates running for Los Angeles City Council District Four at Forest Lawn, Hall of Liberty on April 30 from 7-9 p.m.
The successor of the May 19 runoff election will replace Councilmember Tom LaBonge who represented the district since 2001 and will be termed out effective June 30, 2015.
The forum is being held in partnership with UCLA Government & Community Relations and the following Neighborhood Councils: Hollywood Hills West, Los Feliz, Hollywood United, Toluca Lake, Silver Lake, Mid City West, Central Hollywood, Greater Wilshire, Bel Air-Beverly Crest, and Hollywood Studio District.
