Chris Brown Explodes After “GMA” Interview

Chris Brown is tired of people asking about his violent outbursts. So he responded with a violent outburst.

While taping an interview with GMA's Robin Roberts before a live performance in the Time Square studio, Brown was repeatedly asked about the legal entanglements stemming from the February 2009 incident where he assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown avoided the questions, and kept trying to bring the topic back to the new album he was there to promote: "F.A.M.E."

The 22-year-old singer finished the interview, performed, than reportedly flew into a rage in a GMA dressing room over the interview. According to ABC, he smashed a window (which sent shattered glass tumbling down on 43rd and Broadway), tore off his shirt, and stormed out.

Later, Brown Tweeted "I’m so over people bringing this past s**t up!!!”, but quickly deleted the post.

Brown recently caught flack for belittling the Rihanna incident by referring to it as a "mishap," and is still serving five years probation after pleading guilty to assault.
