Botto Bistro would like you to hate it on Yelp.
The Richmond pizza specialists are upset with the online-ratings service, so much so that in exchange for a one-star Yelp review, diners will receive a 25-percent discount on orders, according to reports.
Yelp has fallen out of favor with many restaurant and service industry professionals, who see amateur diners' poor reviews costing jobs and putting some fine eateries out of business.
Botto is hoping its poor reviews will come heavy on the snark and sarcasm, TIME.com reported.
Co-owner Davide Cerretini thinks that the push to become the Bay Area's worst restaurant is a fine business idea, he told reporters.
