One of six people hospitalized after a crash that involved at least three vehicles Tuesday in the Mission Hills area was in critical condition.

The crash occurred at about noon in the 10700 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard, under the 118 Freeway overpass. Some of the victims were extricated from their vehicles.

The victim in critical condition was identified as a woman in her 30s.

Aerial video showed a sport utility vehicle with significant front-end damage. A pickup and minivan also were involved in the collision near the freeway exit ramp.

Debris was scattered on a median at the intersection.

Details regarding the crash were not immediately available. Traffic was slow on the 118 Freeway due to the ramp closure.
