A 23-year-old man allegedly shot his way past a security checkpoint at the Tom Bradley Terminal in a deadly rampage that sent hundreds of travelers fleeing in terror.

A TSA agent was killed and at least four other people were wounded, including two other TSA agents and the gunman, identified as Paul Ciancia, 23, of Los Angeles.

Passengers who lost personal items in the Terminal 3 security and lobby areas during the scramble to escape Friday's gunfire were being asked to check into that terminal’s ticket counters to retrieve them.

Terminal 3 services Allegiant Air, Frontier, Spirit, Virgin America and JetBlue.

All roadways around the airport and all terminals were re-opened on Saturday, airport officials said.

More than 1,500 flights have been affected by the shooting, The Associated Press reported. A spokesperson for the airport told the AP Saturday that  about 167,000 passengers were impacted.
