Authorities are investigating a shooting that left one man dead in southeast Los Angeles County early Sunday.

Deputies responded to reports of the shooting around 3:30 a.m. in the 13400 block of Bona Vista Lane in La Mirada, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Authorities found a home with bullet holes in the area, but a victim was not located.

Deputies eventually found the man who was shot at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three men were arrested near the scene on warrants unrelated to the shooting.
