Man Shot to Death in South Los Angeles Alley

A man in his 30s was shot and killed Wednesday in the Adams-Normandie section of South Los Angeles.

The shooting occurred just before 7 p.m. in the 2900 block of South Harvard Boulevard, near West 29th Street, according to Los Angeles police Officer Tony Im.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two male suspects wearing black shirts were last seen fleeing the area east through a north-south alley east of Harvard Boulevard toward La Salle Avenue, Im said.

It was not immediately clear if the shooting was gang-related, Im said.
