Firefighters were battling a structure fire in Sherman Oaks Monday evening. The fire was first reported as a rubbish fire around 5:11 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Crews arrived to find a strip mall on fire, the department said. By 5:30 p.m., the fire appeared to be knocked down, with no flames visible from Newschopper4 above.
