Two Critical After Being Gunned Down in Pasadena

One person was found at the scene, and the second victim was dropped off seperately

Two gang members were critically injured after being shot in Pasadena late Thursday.

They were gunned down in the 100 block of Pepper Street at around 10:43 p.m, a Pasadena Police Department spokesman said.

A 31-year-old man was found at the scene, and was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Later, the second man, who is 22-years-old, was dropped off for medical treatment. The person who brought him took off soon after.

An investigation is underway at the scene. It is unknown what led up to the shooting, but police have confirmed both men are members of a street gang.

Detectives believe they would have been with other people at the time of the shooting, and are asking for anyone with information to get in touch.
