    Assistance League of Temecula Valley (ALTV) is an ALL VOLUNTEER philanthropic organization providing human services to disadvantaged families within its service area. This area includes the cities of Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, and Wildomar and extreme southern portions of the city of Perris, and surrounding unincorporated areas of Riverside County.

    ALTV’s primary philanthropic program, Operation School Bell, annually provides new, school-appropriate clothing for disadvantaged schoolchildren (K-12) attending 4 school districts within the Southwest Riverside Economic Development Region. This program has provided clothing to more than 27,100 children since operation began in 1989. To volunteer, click here.
