For more than six decades, the newly renovated Du-par’s has been a part LA’s coffee shop tradition. From their famous big breakfasts to their savory fruit pies, Du-par’s home-style comfort food definitely satisfies. Fans say the pancakes are must-have. Their philosophy: “use the best ingredients, keep it fresh, and make it taste wonderful.” And if you need to get your cheeseburger fix at 2am, Du-par’s is happy to serve.

  • Sheila Have loved this restaurant since I was a child/ The pancakes cannot be beat==anywhere. Something to dream about. Sorry when the Encino branch closed...why did it? More publicity should have been given to the locations. Only ones I know are Studio City @ Laurel Cyn. & the one @ the Farmer's Market on fairfax. Glendale's gone too I believe. Regrets to that.   • RICHARD I HAVE HAD A MEAL AT THIS PLACE AND IT CANNOT EVER COMPARE TO BOB'S BIG BOY, DUPAR'S SERVICE SUCKED. THIS PLACE IS MORE LIKE A COCO'S OR MARIE CALENDAR'S WHICH SUCK ,THE FOOD AT DUPARS IS NOT ANYTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT IF YOUR HUNGRY AND YOU HAVE NO PLACE ELSE TO GO THEN GO THERE.
