California is a mosaic of diverse cultures and traditions, each with its own place at the table during the Fourth Annual Disney’s California Food & Wine Festival. Held April 24 through June 7, in Disney’s California Adventure® Park* and at select restaurants around the Disneyland® Resort, this year’s Festival is a World Celebration. So be prepared to cover plenty of culinary ground as you sample a vast array of foods and wines from around the globe, each with a heritage as unique as its flavor. As in past years, the 2009 Festival will feature a full menu of Signature and complimentary experiences, including: celebrity chef appearances; winemaker dinners; festival wine walks and world celebration dinners spotlighting the flavors and traditions of various countries and regions; the popular Napa Rose Cooking School, led by Executive Chef Andrew Sutton; wine tasting classes with Master Sommelier and Napa Rose General Manager Michael Jordan; A Celebration of Food, Wine & Friends in Downtown Disney®, and Taste, a Grand Tasting-style event offering the perfect mix of food, wine and live entertainment.
