NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The “EXTRA’S WYNN JETSETTER GETAWAY” (Sweepstakes”) starts at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 1/18/10 and ends at 7:30:59 p.m. (PT) on 1/22/10 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is TTT West Coast, Inc. 1840 Victory Blvd., Glendale, CA 91201 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes consists of five (5) daily prize random drawings (“Daily Prize Random Drawings”). See below for specific entry periods of Daily Prize Random Drawings. The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the date of entry who are legal residents of and physically residing in, the following States/Counties:

San Bernardino
Riverside
Kern
Inyo
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID OUTSIDE THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Employees (and their families) of Sponsor, EXTRA, broadcast licensees of EXTRA, Time Warner, Warner Brothers Entertainment, Telepictures Productions, Inc., zakHill Group, LLC, and all of their respective partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, trustees, franchisees, licensees, distributors, prize providers, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and agencies (collectively, the "Sponsor Entities") and those living in the household of same whether related or not are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win the Prizes (as defined below).
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:
During the Sweepstakes Period, watch EXTRA during its regularly scheduled broadcast time of 7:00-7:30pm (PT) on KNBC (each referred to individually herein as the “Show” and collectively as “Shows”). Consult your local listings for details of regularly scheduled broadcast times. Broadcast times are subject to schedule changes.
A series segment will run during the Show featuring a call to action prompting viewers to call the provided toll free number. Following that prompt, the 444th caller will receive a message notifying them that they have won the Daily Prize. Each Daily Prize Winner will then be contacted by the Sponsor regarding trip details.

The database clock which controls the Entry Site will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and any and all Telephone, Mobile and Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, mobile network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile phone or telephone relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone or mobile lines or the Internet or any web site or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.
WINNER SELECTION:
During the Entry Period, viewers will call the toll free number provided during the Show and the 444th caller will be deemed the Daily Prize Winner for the day.
In the event that, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, an insufficient number of eligible Sweepstakes entrants call the toll free number provided, no winner will be selected for that entry period. Each Daily Prize Winner will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail on or near the same date on which they were selected. All Daily Prize Winners are subject to verification. If a Daily Prize Winner is declared ineligible, cannot be contacted or declines the Prize, an alternate Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Failure to respond to a notification or return Required Paperwork fully-executed in the required time period may result in a potential winner being disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a subsequent drawing may be held to award the applicable prize. Return of a prize notification or prize as undeliverable for any reason or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in a potential winner being disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a subsequent drawing may be held to award the applicable prize.
Only one (1) Daily Prize will be awarded to any one (1) individual.
All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, biographical information and statements for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional compensation or limitation of any kind.
PRIZES:
DAILY PRIZES (One (1) awarded daily for five (5) days) - The Daily Prize available to be won for each specific day, and their respective approximate retail value (“ARV”) shall consist of the following:
· Trip for 2 people to Las Vegas, with 2 nights hotel accommodations. Trip dates: January 29-January 31, 2010. Trip includes the following:
o Roundtrip air transportation in a 50-seat jet from Burbank Airport to a private air terminal in Las Vegas
o Ground transportation directly to and from Wynn Las Vegas or Encore
o Two nights at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore
o Convenient baggage handling directly from the airport to room
o Complimentary access to nightclubs, Blush, Tryst or XS
· Trip flight information:
o Depart: Friday, January 29th at 8pm (PT)
o Return: Sunday, January 31st at 5pm (PT)
o Location: Atlantic Aviation at Bob Hope Airport 10750 Sherman Way, Burbank, CA 91505
§ Access to a designed parking lot at air terminal will be provided
§ Daily Prize Winners and their travel companions must provide own transportation to and from Atlantic Aviation in Burbank and arrive by 7:00pm (PT). If Daily Prize Winners are not at Atlantic Aviation by 7:00pm (PT), the Prize will be forfeited.
· Estimated ARV of trip is $1,198
NOTE: Travel companion of Daily Prize Winner must be twenty-one (21) or older. All meals, incidentals, ground transportation, gratuities, telephone calls, all personal expenses incurred by the Daily Prize Winner and his or her guest during their stay and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Daily Prize Winner and his or her travel companion. Hotel accommodations consist of room and room tax charges only.
Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable, and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize. No substitutions by winners will be allowed. Sponsor and its prize providers reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor or its prize providers. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Winner and his or her travel companion must travel on the dates selected by Sponsor. Winner and his or her travel companion must have valid United States Government issued identification. If winner is unable to travel during dates specified by Sponsor, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Any prizes that are not awarded in any random drawing, due to insufficient number(s) of eligible entries will remain the property of the Sponsor.
The total ARV of the prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $5,990. The odds of winning a prize in a specific random drawing in this Sweepstakes are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for that specific random drawing.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:
Releasees shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW:
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Los Angeles, CA, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. California law governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.
GENERAL RELEASES:
Participants agree to release and waive any claim they may have against Releasees and their respective successors and assigns for injuries, claims, damages, or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or possession of or arising out of use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof or from participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes.
Decisions made by Sponsor are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes including, without limitation, interpretation of these Official Rules and awarding of each Prize, and those decisions cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event any portion of the Prize is cancelled or postponed, Sponsor reserves the right in Sponsor’s sole discretion to substitute a Prize(s) or any portion of a Prize(s) for a prize(s) of equal or greater value. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any changes to scheduling and/or cancellation of any Show taping. No transfer of a Prize(s) to a third party is permitted and the cash value of a Prize(s) will not be awarded in lieu of a Prize where it applies, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any applicable federal, state and local taxes, including, without limitation, excise tax (including sales tax), and other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as applicable).
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and his/her entry) who tampers with the calling process. Any person who supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain a Prize will forfeit the Prize won and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each Sweepstakes entrant further agrees to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes; or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes.
In the event that the Show is preempted during the Entry Period, Sponsor may reduce the number of Daily Winners selected.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor and Sponsor Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network or telephone line connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes or damage to user’s system as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, any computer virus, malfunction, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond its control which corrupts, threatens or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes or cancellation of the Show.
