A little extra Monday Plywood for you: The Le Pain Quotidien on Larchmont is "coming along nicely" says one of the several tipsters who sent simultaneous updates this weekend (Larchmontians are apparently very excited for bread and communal dining). Inside, "wood ceilings, brick pillars, overall warm and friendly looking," just as any LPQ should look/feel. This replaces La Luna Ristorante, which locals tried to save from the weight of greedy landlords. Operatives say the bakery/cafe looks at least six weeks out; October, according to workers from another location, sounds about right.
