Weekend Dining: Greenleaf’s Low-Fat High Protein Granola

Low Fat High Protein Granola

Ingredients:

8 cups kamut
8 cups oatmeal
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 cups agave
 2 cups protein powder
(can use vanilla flavored if desired)
4 cups sliced almonds
2 tablespoons vanilla bean puree

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until coated well.
  2. Spread on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes at 375 degrees F until golden brown.
  3. Serve with choice of milk or yogurt and seasonal berries for a healthy and satisfying breakfast or snack.
