Westminster Man Charged with Stealing Holiday Decorations

A Westminster man has been charged in connection with the theft of holiday and lawn decorations from his neighbors.

Vuong Ngoc Pham was charged with two felony counts of receiving stolen property. He's accused of parking his van on Nov. 16 in front of a victim's house in the dark and carting away a statue worth $80.

In the month of December, Huntington Beach and Westminster Police Departments received multiple complaints about
items being stolen from their front yards, and Pham is accused of concealing numerous stolen items that belonged to
his neighbors in his home.

The stolen property was worth  more than $2,500, according to police.
