What You're Doing Tonight: Dec. 18

HOLLYWOOD PIN-UP GIRLS: Vintage, va-va-va-voom-y burlesque routines performed in the historic setting of El Cid? There are few evenings-out that are more Los Angeles to us. Will there be some Christmasy touches? We hope so. A bit of fa-la-lasciviousness adds a bit of sparkle to the season. Thursday, December 18, 10PM. $20. El Cid, 4212 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles. 323-668-0318

THREE NIGHTS OF OZOMATLI: The Los Angeles-born band starts a three-night run at HOB on Sunset. The Latin-jazzy-fusion they sound they pioneered inspired other outfits to follow in this large (and sometimes larger) band's footsteps, but that's a really good thing, we think. Thursday, December 18 through Saturday, December 20. 8PM. House of Blues, 8430 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood. 323-848-5100

LATER SHOPPING ON MONTANA: Okay, it is crunch time. As in, cancel-everything-let's-get-this-done time. If you need to finish off
that gift list pronto, the frou-frou, pretty-things boutiques along Montana Avenue will be staying open 'til 8PM tonight. Montana Avenue
(7th-17th Streets), 5-9PM, Santa Monica
