A carjacking suspect was arrested after crashing a stolen vehicle in Glendale.
Glendale Polce and the California Highway Patrol caught the suspect after he crashed the car on the 2 Freeway around 10 p.m.
Glendale Police tell NBC4 that the suspected carjacker fired a gunshot at the driver, but that no one was hit. The suspect then took off with the vehicle.
The man apparently shot himself in the foot as he was taken into custody, according to Glendale Police. No one else was hurt.
