Classes were canceled for Cal State University San Bernardino Monday afternoon due to power disruptions possibly caused by high winds.
The risk of power outages coupled with a high fire danger had many across Southern California on edge as Santa Ana winds swept across the region.
The strongest winds are expected to begin Tuesday night.
In a tweet, the school said an update would be provided later Monday regarding Tuesday classes.
